BEHANCE

I accepted a email invite type thing for Behance from a friend who does graphic design. It seems like a cool platform for meeting people who could potentially like your work. It has a sort of "Circle" gimmick which actually works quite well as it showcases work amongst/within the circle on each home page.

A link to my portfolio (needs more uploading):

I have been making my website, however I'm not sure if I'm being too anbitious. I want to have a flash roll over portfolio, below is an image of how I want it to look. I wanted to make it look a little futuristic to be modern and up to date, and possibly a bit quirky (with ice cream like clouds).

I have looked at alot of different signs, it has helped me when it comes to keeping it simple when designing the Waterbus ones. It also got me thinking, as a little test, it would be interesting to make a sign, with both the text and image the same size..
Text: Look left
Image: ---->
... present it to somebody and ask them to act on impusle and do as they see/are told.
I wonder if image would be stronger or text?

Started working on a homepage today for the Tshirt line, but when my friend/business partner got round he suggested perhaps why not carry on focusing on the designs themselves before the Homepage , as this could help shape the identity/feel alot more, and give me a much stronger focus on the style of the page. However I do have a pretty nice illustrated half finished idea coming togther, one that depicts a factory setting, with a Tshirt at an approaching prespective led flat with all sorts of crazy things landing on it etc. Hard to explain, but in the end it should look impressive.
